These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and hiabee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hiabee website, mobile web application, and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and payment processing features (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account on hiabee, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

hiabee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms apply to all versions of the hiabee Platform, including any future features, updates, or additions to the Services. Where a specific product area (such as the live casino, sportsbook, or bonus programme) has additional rules, those rules will be presented at the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Access to hiabee is strictly limited to adults aged 18 years and above. By creating an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

2.1 Age Verification

hiabee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of your relationship with the Platform, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to an account review. Acceptable age verification documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification bearing a date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by hiabee may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

hiabee primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. hiabee makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific location. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability.

2.3 Employee Exclusion

Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of hiabee and its affiliated technology and payment partners are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offer on the Platform. Any such account discovered will be closed and winnings voided.

To access the betting and casino features of hiabee, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. You may register an account by visiting the hiabee Login page and completing the required fields. By submitting your registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3.1 Account Information

During registration, you will be required to provide a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number, a username, and a secure password. You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one active hiabee account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. hiabee employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus use across duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Real-money deposits may be returned to the originating payment method at hiabee's discretion, subject to verification.
• The primary account may also be subject to permanent closure in cases of deliberate multi-accounting for bonus abuse or fraud.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hiabee account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. hiabee will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify hiabee support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

hiabee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), a copy of your bKash or Nagad registration details, or a recent utility bill confirming your address. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful KYC completion. hiabee reserves the right to limit account functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All financial transactions on hiabee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hiabee supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of local payment methods designed for the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on hiabee is ৳100. There is no fixed maximum single deposit, though transaction limits imposed by your chosen payment provider (such as bKash daily limits) will apply. Deposits are credited to your hiabee account in real time upon confirmation from the payment gateway. hiabee does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where a different individual funds your hiabee account — are strictly prohibited.
• hiabee reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where third-party funding is detected.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once confirmed by the payment gateway; contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days depending on the receiving institution.

• You must have successfully completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to accounts held in your own name — matching the name on your hiabee account registration.
• hiabee reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where an account review is in progress or where bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. hiabee reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳50 to dormant accounts once the dormancy threshold has been reached, until either the account is reactivated by the player or the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by available contact methods before dormancy fees are applied where contact information is valid and reachable.

By placing a bet or wager on hiabee, you agree to the specific rules governing each product category. General betting rules applicable to all sports and casino products are set out below. Product-specific rules (for example, live cricket in-play settlement rules, slot game paytables, or live baccarat table limits) are displayed at the relevant point of play on the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on hiabee are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed by either party.
• hiabee reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or data error.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to slight delay for integrity verification. hiabee is not liable for connectivity issues that prevent a player from placing an in-play bet within a desired time window.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport as published on the Platform. In general, bets on events abandoned before a valid result is achieved will be voided and stakes returned.
• Cricket events — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are subject to Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method settlements where applicable in the event of rain interruption.

5.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on hiabee — including live dealer tables, slots, RNG table games, and crash games — operate using certified software from licensed game providers. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel. hiabee does not alter game RTP settings. Results in all RNG games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator and are statistically independent of all previous results.

5.3 Bet Cancellation and Errors

hiabee reserves the right to cancel or void any bet where an error in odds, game data, or system configuration has resulted in clearly incorrect pricing. Where hiabee voids a bet under these circumstances, the original stake will be returned to the player's account. Winnings generated from demonstrably erroneous odds are not payable. Players who believe a bet has been settled incorrectly must raise a dispute within 72 hours of settlement by contacting support at [email protected].

hiabee periodically offers bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms presented at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on hiabee are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum total bet amount that must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion details. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place total bets equal to 10 times the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus become withdrawable.

• Wagering must be completed within the time window specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the promotional period.
• Only bets placed on eligible products contribute to wagering requirements. Free spins winnings, crash game bets, or certain live casino tables may have reduced contribution rates as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• hiabee reserves the right to limit or reduce the maximum bet size permitted while a wagering requirement is active.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

hiabee monitors all bonus activity to detect and prevent abuse. Actions considered bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; exploiting low-margin games to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; placing offsetting bets on both outcomes of an event to artificially complete wagering; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. hiabee reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

By using hiabee, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that does not adversely affect the experience of other users or the integrity of the Platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hiabee:

• Fraud and Deception: Any attempt to defraud hiabee or other players through collusion, chargeback fraud, identity fraud, payment fraud, or any other deceptive means is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Money Laundering: Using hiabee as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime is strictly forbidden. hiabee reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to appropriate authorities without notice to the account holder.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated betting bots, scripts, data-scraping tools, artificial intelligence programs, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players is prohibited.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your hiabee account credentials with any other individual, or allowing any third party to operate your account, is prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating bets with other players, whether in sports betting or casino games, in order to gain an unfair advantage is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory language toward hiabee staff or other users via any communication channel associated with the Platform is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

hiabee reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including suspending or permanently closing your account, voiding all bets and winnings, retaining account funds pending investigation, and referring the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

Either party may close a hiabee account at any time. Players wishing to close their account should contact the support team at [email protected]. Before account closure is finalised, any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and active wagering requirements must be settled. Bonus funds not subject to a completed wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.1 Closure by hiabee

hiabee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• hiabee has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• The player's account has been subject to a chargeback or payment dispute.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the hiabee Responsible Gaming policy.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively impacting their wellbeing may request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be made in writing to [email protected] or via the responsible gaming tools in your account settings. During a self-exclusion period, all access to betting and casino features will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent to the excluded account. 8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by hiabee — all pending bets that cannot be settled will be voided and stakes returned where appropriate. Any real-money balance remaining in a player-closed account will be returned to the player's last verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to identity verification. In cases of closure for breach of Terms, hiabee reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.
